Roundout Lighthouse We continued down the Hudson past the Roundout Lighthouse.
This castle is on a little island in the middle of the Hudson. It looks as if it is being reclaimed by the foliage. I wonder if anybody lives there any longer. A castle long abandoned.
Westpoint
Here is Westpoint. Wow is this a huge place. The buildings are incredible, it looks like a castle. There is a dock there which guests can tie up and take a tour. Unfortunately they were busy, so we couldn't stop there. It would have been fun to bring a boat in named Indiscipline to a facility that teaches discipline!
We saw a lot of different kinds of ships, but this was one of the most beautiful. I think they were building it as they sailed along because there was a lot if hammering and sawing noises coming from it.
