Indiscipline Cruise 2000
Lake Huron, North Channel

Little Current Swing Bridge
Little Current Swing Bridge - Little Current is where the North Channel is squeezed down through about a hundred yard channel. Changes in lake level caused by variations of wind and barometric pressure cause the currents that go back and forth. So with this current, then you have to wait for the bridge to open. We found ourselves lucky since the bridge was shut down for a few days just after we went through.

We had a couple of rainy days here in Little Current. But rain never seems to bother Flipper and Pokey who can always find something fun to do in their little play area.

Hey Pokey, let's get out all of the little animals.

Killarney
Killarney is the passage through to Georgian Bay and the Small Craft Route.

Mr. Perch in Killarney
Many people recommend Mr. Perch for the best fish
and chips in the world and you can't miss the red bus.

Collins Inlet Anchorage
The first part of the Small Craft Route is through Collins Inlet. It is mostly a nature made 50 foot wide channel cut through the land with cliffs on both sides. We anchored in one of the coves. That night we were treated to the Northern Lights, the most incredible sights I have ever seen.
